😀 - Excellent apartment a stones throw from the Yumbo Centre with all the bars, restaurants and nightlife. Easy proximity to Playa del Ingles, San Fernando, San Augustin and Maspalomas. Bus stops directly outside the property provides quick and easy access to other parts of the island. Although situated in the heart of Playa del Ingles, the apartment felt safe and secure. The apartment is a good size and fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The wow factor for this apartment is the view from the balcony and the fact the apartment gets sunshine all day. Consequently, in December/ January it was lovely and warm inside. Maciej and Daniel were helpful and considerate hosts. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and there is a lift to the apartment. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sun beds. 😞 - Some reviews have mentioned noise from the street. You could hear this occasionally but not enough to bother us. Given the location this was to be expected.
